Currency
Our prices are quoted in British pounds sterling (GBP).  (If you wish to check the approximate value of your order in another currency go to  www.x-rates.com  and click on "currency calculator".  NB. This will give a rough guide only as exchange rates fluctuate daily and vary between different credit card companies.)

All cheques should be made payable to : AB Figures.
Foreign cheques should be made payable in Pounds Sterling and drawn on a UK Bank.
We also accept Eurogiro Cheques drawn in Pounds Sterling,  available via the Post Office system.

If insufficient funds are sent, we will adjust the contents of your order accordingly.  Orders for less than the minimum will be charged at the minimum rate of 10 GBP plus P & P.

DESPATCH 
All orders are sent by First class mail (airmail for overseas) and proof of posting is obtained.  Insurance will be at our own discretion unless specifically requested by the customer.

Any breakages/shortages must be notified within 7 days of receipt.  Only defective castings will be exchanged. When returning defective figures for exchange, please quote the Invoice number enclosed with your order. (See paragraph on Complaints below.)

As we are often busy in the workshop, we cannot always take your telephone calls personally, so please make use of the answerphone on these occasions.   (Please refrain from telephoning in the middle of our night! This especially applies to those from countries where there is a considerable time difference. Thank you.)

Ordering via Email  (  order@abfigures.co.uk  )
You can send your order in an email message (NOT in an attachment, please, as we cannot always read these), but as we do not have a "secure" site/address, we recommend you let us have your credit card details by phone, fax or letter. We can then keep the details on file for future email orders if you so wish.  Credit card details will be kept for 1 year only from your last order, then deleted.  All email orders will be acknowledged. If you don't receive an acknowledgement within 5 days, please try again.  (If you use mail blocking, please note that the address we use to reply to you is not the same as our domain address shown on this page, so your mail box may reject our reply as unrecognised.)
NB. When repeat ordering by email, please give your full name and at least the first line of your address to ensure we identify you correctly. (We do actually have more than one customer with the same name and initial!)

If you have any queries about our catalogue then you can e-mail us on : info@abfigures.co.uk . However, we do not respond to unsigned emails, so if you do not get a reply please re-send giving your name, and country if outside the UK.
Please quote your Invoice Number if querying orders.  N.B. We try to respond to enquiries promptly, but very occasionally email messages disappear into the ether or there is some fault in the return URL, so if you haven't received a response which you were expecting within a week, please try again, giving an alternative method of contacting you.
